Here are our rules and conditions that apply when booking accommodation

Booking conditions

Dinner, breakfast and sauna are included in all room types. All prices include VAT. Age limit for booking: 18 years

A booking is binding as it has been confirmed with an email via the booking system. When booking, you must provide your email address so that you can receive your booking confirmation.

Payment terms

For internet bookings, advance payment by card applies. We accept Visa and Mastercard as means of payment. All card data is handled securely when paying online by our payment gateway Zettle by PayPal and Sirvoy.

Payment for bookings made via the receptionist takes place via either a payment link sent via e-mail or via invoicing if the customer wishes or via Swish company.

Cancellation terms

  • Cancellation more than 7 days before arrival: The entire amount is refunded, excluding an expedition fee of SEK 200
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: 50% of the amount is refunded, excluding an expedition fee of SEK 200.
  • Cancellation 24 hours before arrival: No refund.
  • If you change the date on your booking, we will of course help with this, provided there are available dates.
  • In case of no-show, the total cost of the booking will also be charged.

Check-in and check-out

The tents are guaranteed to be at your disposal no later than 15:00 on the day of arrival. The room can be used until 11.00 on the day of departure at the latest.
The hotel room is reserved for arrival until 18.00 if a later arrival has not been agreed upon.

Liability in the event of damage

In the event of damage or smoking in the tent, the customer will be charged the cost of the damage. This also applies to pets in rooms where any damage caused by the animal will be charged to the customer for consequential costs.

Force majeure

Strike, lockout, fire or other events beyond Havrevretens gård AB’s control give the right to cancel the agreement without liability for compensation.


Please note that pets are only allowed in tent Gjusen.

Gift cards

Our gift cards are paid for and delivered digitally. After completing the purchase, the gift card is sent to you via e-mail as a printable pdf.

The gift card is a document of value and is used as a means of payment during your visit to us.  The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash.

When buying a gift card, you have 7 days open purchase. The value of the gift card, less an administrative fee of SEK 250, will be refunded.

The gift card is used as payment when booking online. In the “Add a booking code” box, enter the code that is on the gift card and click on the Apply field. Your code will then be registered and you can continue with your booking.

Contact us regarding returns and payment. Our gift cards are valid for two years from the date of purchase.

Use of personal data

Havrevreten Glamping uses Personal Data to:

  • administer, provide, develop and maintain our services.
  • Process your bookings and orders for the Services (in accordance with the booking conditions)

When you have made a booking with us, we use your Personal Data to:

  • send booking confirmation, important information about the upcoming stay and offers linked to the stay. Such mailings take place via e-mail/SMS that you provided in connection with booking.
  • After the stay, we may also send, for example, a survey where we ask you to answer questions about your stay to help us improve our services. We can also send e-mails thanking you for your visit.
  • Administer and register purchases of gift cards and vouchers.
  • Diagnose errors, optimize the technology and be able to contact you in the event of problems with a booking or the performance of the Services.
  • Analyze and improve the quality of – and the experience of – the Services, individualize the communication with you regarding our Services, e.g. by creating a profile for you and sending offers that fit your profile as a user of our Services, Analyze statistics and user behavior regarding our Services.
  • Increase your use and experience of our Services in other ways we think you would appreciate, or market services and products, directly or indirectly, including behavioral marketing.
  • Send e-mails in the form of newsletters and offers to those who have given separate consent at the time of booking. You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button in the newsletter.

Storage and transfer of personal data

Your personal data will be stored for the period required to fulfill the purposes and purposes specified in the above personal data policy. Havrevreten Glamping screens personal data in accordance with current legislation and deletes or de-identifies personal data when the purpose for processing personal data no longer exists. When determining the period during which your personal data will be stored, we take into account in particular the requirements for storage times that follow from law, authority recommendations, industry practice and any warranty obligations.

If you have agreed to subscribe to our newsletter, your contact details will be saved as long as you choose to continue receiving the newsletter. However, the data is not saved longer than is necessary with regard to the purpose of the processing.
